If we cancel a trip due to weather or for any other reason, you get your money back in full.

Cancellations under 48 hours are subject to the cost of the trip if they cannot be rebooked. However we will credit you on a future charter, at no additional charge. It will be treated as if you had bought a gift certificate. If you or your party can find someone to take your now open spot, there will be no charge to you.

We are only allowed to tie up a boat ramp for 30 minutes. If you show up 31 minutes after the meetup time, you will be looking at our stern, and it will count as a no show. There will be no refunds or credits issued for no shows. Your seat was reserved especially for you not to mention the other passengers were inconvenienced while waiting for you. Use your cell phone to call and maybe other arraignments can be made, or the other passengers consulted to see if they are willing to wait for you.

We run in winds < 16 knots. If the winds are ≥ 16 knots, you are finding something else to do on land.

While we do regret any inconveniences because of cancellations, we are not able to reimburse rental fees, transportation costs, or other accrued expenses.
